Payment service upon receipt
The maximum payment service upon receipt is 5,000 EGP per order. We offer you alternative payment methods through credit cards, automatic cloud cards, or bank transfers for students, more than 5,000 EGP
There are no payment service fees upon receipt.
Receipt service from our stores
You can pay via the site, let’s deliver your order to the store you choose to receive. When you make an order, you will receive an email to confirm or a text message that includes the order number. We will in turn send an email or text message to tell you that the order is ready for delivery.

Please note that we will not be able to accept orders that include unavailable products, or orders that contain products with two home delivery and receipt from our stores. In this case, please do two different requests, a request for receipt service from our stores and the other with home delivery service.
We will keep the request inside the store for 14 working days.
